1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LeuBusiness ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LeuBusiness is a business operating system platform that provides businesses with management toolkits, including but not limited to customer management, inventory tracking, invoicing, worker management, and AI-assisted tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Billing: You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. You will be notified at least 30 days before any price changes take effect.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
• Grace period: If your subscription lapses, you will have a grace period (as defined in your plan) before your account access is restricted.
• Payment processing: Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (Flutterwave and/or Paystack). Your payment information is handled directly by these processors and is never stored on our servers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your business data, customer information, or documents.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and design, is owned by LeuBusiness and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service includes AI-powered features that generate content such as business documents, marketing materials, and recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before use
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated content
• AI-generated content should not be relied upon for legal, financial, or medical decisions

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination
• We may delete your data after the 30-day data retention period

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeuBusiness and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
